SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 flat rate. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applies to all domestic orders over $150.
- Express Shipping: $15.00 flat rate. Delivery takes 1–2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship overseas. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
PROCESSING & ORDER TRACKING
All orders are processed and packed within 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time is 3–5 business days and does not include processing time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Pre-order and custom items may have varying processing times. You will be notified once your item ships. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. During holidays or storewide sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Weekend orders begin processing the next business day.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES & CARRIER DELAYS
Sassy Flamingeaux Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with claims.
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot change the address. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require a re-shipping fee.
